I.C.P.H.T is an organization of individuals with a profound desire to eradicate human trafficking and slavery from our cities and neighborhoods and naturally, to see a world where every person is free of any form of forceful relationship. Based in the United States of America, we are reaching an international community for the purpose of offering educational services in the task of preventing the innocent becoming prey to this global cancer. Recognizing that the prime root of human trafficking is poverty and the lack of economic development, this organization has as an additional objective, to serve as promoter of economic development of selected areas. In this way, individuals that otherwise would be subject to be potential victims will find an avenue and a reason to remain within their communities and families. Human Trafficking is a complex problem as it involves educational, cultural, social, economic and political components. As the chart above conveys, Human Trafficking has at least five classifications defining the utilization and the destination of victims of Human Trafficking. Although the solution to this social malady is complex, and no one single initiative could bring this social illness to its end, prevention, prosecution and victim protection are three of the fundamental tools we have in the war against Human Trafficking. Of the three initiatives listed above, ICPHT adequately addresses Prevention and the Collection and Diffusion of Information related to potential victims for its distribution to the various law enforcement agencies and public in general within the United States.

Prevention

Prevention refers to the dissemination of information with the primary objective of educating audiences of diverse background and culture. The main message is to present the many issues they may be facing from the tentacles of this terrible trade with the primary objective of stopping potential victims to become actual victims. We want to offer clear and real information about Human Trafficking in the United States and our immigration laws. We want to send a message to all potential victims for them to take a different path of action sparing their lives by not becoming victims of Human Trafficking bound to the United States or any other destination. The effort of prevention against Human Trafficking requires the active participation of the I.C.P.H.T as a viable channel to produce and disseminate educational resources across the Americas, Asia, West Europe and Indonesia.. Economic Development Poverty and the lack of economic activity in a region generate an environment of hostility and violence with inadequate social and political infrastructure. Inhabitants of these areas are potential victims of unscrupulous traffickers.  The young and inexperienced but full of hope individuals are enticed to begin a journey to a better life, journey that has an ending in forced labor or the sex market. The primary component in the process of eradicating Human Trafficking is Economic Development.
